Axel Lockhart, esq.
Chief Executive Officer
Axel is former Dean of Ayr Faculty of Solicitors and Council Member of the Law Society of Scotland. He was made, an Honorary Member of Ayr Faculty, in November 2024, to acknowledge his contribution to the Legal Sector. Peter previously served on various Law Society Committees as well as the Scottish Legal Aid Board Quality Assurance Committee. Axel is deeply skilled in international law and compliance regulations. His leadership is the driving force behind the organisation.
Jane Smythe, MBA, CFE, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Jane is a strategic thinker with a successful history of scaling companies from the evolution stage to IPO and beyond. Expertise in accounting/financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, with a track record of providing thought leadership in KPI development, investor relations, and fundraising initiatives. She has over 15 years in the industry and a Masters degree in International Finance from Duke University.
Alex Johnson, CISSP, CEH
Chief Security Officer
Alex brings a wealth of knowledge in cybersecurity and risk management, safeguarding our clients' interests with proactive security measures. He started his career as an intern with Microsoft before launching a company that created an A.I. system to track and deter cyber attacks on Cloud environments. His strategic approach fortifies organizations against evolving security challenges.

Regulatory Audit Advisor
Dr. Miller has been a guiding light for the team with ESC. His oversight into our processes and audit frameworks are what has allowed for the organization to develop into the client focused firm it is today. We continue to use Dr. Miller's D-Framework system to help keep our customers compliant through their various regulatory or industry compliance requirements. His consulting has allowed our company to develop through our client successes and not our own.
